Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 2 days from the date of delivery. After 2 days, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged.
- To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns for reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:
- Items not in their original condition.
- Items with damage or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
How to Request a Return:
- Log in to your account and go to the Orders section.
- Submit your return request, including details and photographs of the damage.
- We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, we will share the return address via email.
Important Notes:
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
- The refund amount will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Offer and sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
